Clinical assessment
A clinical assessment confirms that you are suitable for treatment. The dentist takes X-rays, decides exactly where the implants should go, and discusses the cost and whether you need supporting treatment such as a bone graft.

Placing the implants
The implant is fixed into the jawbone in a surgical procedure that is usually done under local anesthesia and is relatively pain-free. Bone and gums need time to heal before the replacement teeth are fitted, so we give you temporary teeth until you are ready.

Fitting the replacement teeth
It is normal to wait four to eight months for the implant to fully integrate with the jawbone before the permanent teeth are fitted. They are made to match the size, shape and color of your existing teeth.
